Bengaluru Flood Risk Model

Geospatial ML Dashboard for Urban Flood Vulnerability

A geospatial machine-learning model (R-squared = 0.64) mapping urban flood vulnerability across Bengaluru from satellite and administrative data, deployed as an interactive decision dashboard for public planners. Conducted during the Chanakya University Policy Programme fellowship.

Architecture

Sentinel-1/2 and NASA GPM data via Google Earth Engine, a scikit-learn regression model, deployed as a Streamlit dashboard, with results also published via GitHub Pages.
