Built and shipped three full-stack policy-intelligence platforms end-to-end for an internal think tank (NFPRC Foundation), spanning parliamentary/legal/gazette monitoring, automated policy tracking, and event/stakeholder communications for government outreach.

• Built and shipped 3 full-stack policy-intelligence platforms end-to-end for an internal think tank (NFPRC Foundation): a parliamentary/legal/gazette monitoring dashboard (Catallaxy/IPW), an NLP-driven policy-tracking platform (India Governance Watch), and an event/stakeholder-communications system for government outreach (NFPRC Convene).
• Designed resumable, rate-limited data-ingestion pipelines against multiple structurally different government upstream APIs (DSpace REST, live parliamentary portals), with adaptive retry/backoff for unreliable sources.
• Integrated multi-provider LLM pipelines (Gemini, GPT-4.1, Grok, OpenRouter) with human-review workflows, RBAC, and JWT/Google OAuth/email-OTP/TOTP auth, deployed via Docker, Cloud Run, and Firebase App Hosting.
• Re-architected an independently-built sub-application into a single deployable unit, cutting the dev/ops footprint from four processes to two.
• Diagnosed a search-performance bottleneck on a 2.7M-record MongoDB collection and fixed it by moving filters into a MongoDB Atlas Search index, making member-filtered queries up to 276x faster.
