Architecture
Next.js 16.2 + React 19.2 + TypeScript 5 + Tailwind CSS v4 + TipTap rich-text editor + FastAPI (fully async, Python 3.12) + MongoDB Atlas (Motor, 39 collections, GridFS) + JWT cookie/email OTP/Google OAuth/TOTP (pyotp) + Fernet encryption + Gmail API/SMTP with AWS SES fallback, Docker x2 on Cloud Run, plus an Electron desktop build.
